SilverPeek Shipping Policy
SilverPeek partners with major international shipping companies, including FedEx, DHL, UPS, and EMS, to deliver your order directly to your door. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping for all SilverPeak bundles.
All orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping to help prevent fraud. Processing typically takes 8-9 business days, though some orders may take longer during major holidays or if items are in high demand. Once processing begins, we cannot make any changes, including address updates, so please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
We only ship on business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. For orders with multiple items, products may arrive separately depending on the locations of our manufacturing partners.
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that it may take a few days for tracking information to update. If your order has shipped and you do not see tracking information after 5 business days, please contact our Customer Support team.

Please note that these are estimates and do not include processing time. Shipping may be delayed due to customs, holidays, severe weather, or other conditions beyond our control.
International Duties and Taxes:
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is refused or returned, the customer is responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
SilverPeak is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. We cannot make changes to an order after it has been processed in our shipping department.
